Our History
On December 16th, 1890, the Secretary of the State of Indiana granted a charter to the Dearborn County Loan and Building Association to take deposits and make home loans. Although the name was changed to Dearborn Savings Association in May 1979, our fundamentals have not changed. We still provide competitive rates for our depositors and make mortgage, consumer, and non-residential loans, while offering the finest personalized service to each and every customer.
