Heights Finance Corporation was organized in August 1992, as a result of several former employees of the original Heights Finance Corporation/USA Financial Services, Inc. wanting to return to the "roots" with which they had been associated in years past. Operations began in October 1992 under the leadership of Kenneth E. Hoerr. The Company had the support of Edward B. Hoerr, prior Chairman of the Board and founder of the original Heights Finance Corporation in 1953. His inspiration and legend will long remain in the memory of so many of us.

Heights Finance Corporation is a privately-held corporation. Many managers were common stockholders of Heights Finance Corporation and, in August 2002, the company was sold to MidCountry Financial Corp. of Macon Georgia and continues to run as a wholly-owned subsidiary.

The officers of the Company are: Timothy L. Stanley, President and Chief Executive Officer; Stanley L. Butler, Chief Financial Officer; Steven Michael Shake, Vice President; Scott T. Milbourn, Vice President; Michael Hammer, Vice President; and Wendy L. Kisler, Secretary.
